• Workout videos: When you record or upload a video for analysis, the video is sent to our servers for AI-powered form analysis. Videos are processed and not stored permanently for analysis purposes.
• Device information: We may collect device type, operating system, and app version to improve compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
• Subscription data: If you subscribe to TopForm Pro, purchase and subscription status are handled by our payment provider (RevenueCat). We do not store your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Analyze your workout videos and provide form feedback
• Improve our AI models and analysis quality
• Manage your subscription and app access
• Respond to support requests and improve the app

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini: Video analysis is powered by Google's AI. Videos are processed according to Google's data processing terms.
• RevenueCat: Handles in-app purchases and subscription management. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
• Expo / EAS: We use Expo for app development and over-the-air updates.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Analysis results are stored locally on your device. We do not retain your workout videos on our servers after analysis. Any temporary processing data is deleted promptly.

5. Permissions

TopForm requests the following permissions:

• Camera: To record workout videos for analysis
• Photo library: To select existing videos for analysis
• Microphone: To record video with audio (optional)

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
